How does the On-Demand system work?
To reduce waste and overproduction, we offer a pre-order system. By purchasing items before they are manufactured, you help us calculate exact demand and receive a significant discount for your patience.
What is your return policy for footwear and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Where does ALOHAS ship from and how long does it take?
Most of our products are designed and shipped from Spain. For in-stock items, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. For On-Demand items, please refer to the specific shipping date listed on the product page.
Are your materials sustainable?
Yes, we are committed to ethical fashion. We use Leather Working Group (LWG) certified leather, vegan alternatives, and recycled materials whenever possible to ensure a lower environmental footprint.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking link and number. You can also track your package directly through our website's 'Order Status' page.
